How to Initiate a Return

 To initiate a return, you must contact our support team at Support@BushLine.com.au first. Please do not send items back to our corporate office address. We will provide you with the exact shipping address for the appropriate returns warehouse depending on the item.

Refund Eligibility

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item has a major problem (is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or faulty).

  • Change of Mind / Wrong Size: Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, or if you order the wrong size/colour. All clothing and apparel sales are final regarding sizing, so please double-check your measurements and order details before checking out.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return on a faulty or incorrectly described item, the gear must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Electrical & Installation Warranty

For safety and warranty purposes, all Wind Turbines, Solar Controllers, and technical electrical equipment must be installed by a qualified specialist (e.g., a licensed electrician).

  • We strictly do not accept returns or provide refunds for items damaged due to incorrect use, DIY installation, or improper wiring.

  • If returning an electrical item as "faulty," you must provide proof of professional installation (such as an electrician's invoice) to validate the warranty.

Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at the designated warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • Rejected: If the item is returned damaged, dirty, or missing parts (not due to our error), we reserve the right to grant only a partial refund or reject the return entirely.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds can take some time to appear in your account due to bank processing times. If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take 3-7 business days to post).
